The Story Behind Henry Anderson Rescue

Hi, I'm Henry Anderson. ❤️

Henry Anderson Rescue started over 10 years ago after I rescued a dog named Bella who was being badly mistreated. I gave her a safe home, love, and proper care. Bella stayed with us for 12 wonderful years and inspired me to keep helping dogs in need.

Since then, I've rescued and cared for many dogs who needed a second chance. We are a small, home-based rescue. Every dog is cared for, socialized, vet-checked, vaccinated, and loved like family until we find them the right forever home.

Our Rescue Rehoming Process

We follow a careful process to ensure our dogs find the best possible homes.

Choose a Rescue Dog

Browse available dogs and contact us about the one you’re interested in.

Application Review

We review applications and choose families who can provide a safe, loving home.

Reservation

A $250 refundable reservation fee is required to reserve a dog.

Final Preparation

Appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, and a final health check.

Rehoming

Pick up your new companion in person or arrange transportation.

Typical total rehoming fee: $350–$500

Fees vary depending on veterinary care and the needs of each dog and help support continued rescue, feeding, veterinary care, and rehoming activities. Every rehomed dog comes with available veterinary records and a rehoming agreement.
